Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR department, ensuring effective and efficient HR operations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with company goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development processes.
- Manage performance management systems, including employee appraisals and feedback.
- Address employee relations issues, mediate disputes, and ensure a positive work culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Provide guidance on employee benefits, compensation, and wellness programs.
- Act as a strategic partner to management, offering insights and recommendations on HR-related matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (X years) as an HR Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and with discretion.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle conflicts and provide resolutions.
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) a plus.
