- Maintain attendance & visitor registers for employees and for guests with date, time, address and telephone numbers. Will also ensure that concern person/department is timely informed whom visitor has come for.
- Maintain IN/OUT registers for raw materials and other plant purchases.
- Will prepare receiving reports of all incoming items/materials mentioning all details and source.
- Ensure no material goes out of factory without proper gate pass duly signed by HOD.
- Will take pictures of all incoming and outgoing items and will take pictures of vehicles/trawlers (carrying raw material) showing No. plate.
- Will check the alertness of outsource security guard and monitor their rotation. Will inform security supervisor for absent/missing guard during their shift.
- Ensure that security guards do not open the gate for unknown personal/vehicle without prior approval of gate keeper.
- Will manage traffic discipline inside factory during their shift and ensure that parking of transporters vehicle should not obstruct production operation of loader, lifter & tractors with trolley.
- Investigate security incidents, accidents, and breaches and discuss the same with admin manager and give recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure collection of documents specially NIC of a new comer daily wager and submitting it with admin department
