- Receive and process incoming orders via phone, email, or online systems.
- Packing of orders as per order slip
- Merchandise pick up from nearby vendors.
- Verify order accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with courier company riders
- coordinate with colleagues, properly follow up on company SOP
- time punctuality and be willing to take ownership of the assigned tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, and deliveries.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to order fulfillment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in using dispatching software and other relevant computer programs.
- Ability to operate computer software and web portals.
