For our project in USA, we are looking for resources who are experienced in doing inbound/outbound calls to US.
The job details are as follows:
Responsibilities:
1. Receive inbound calls from patients and guide them regarding their test results
2. Make outbound calls to patients informing them about their test results and give them precautionary measures depending upon their test results
3. Mail letters of notification to patients that are unreachable by phone call
4. Contact doctors’ office and share updates on their patient’s test status and results
5. Document and track all incoming and outbound calls
6. Complete general campaigns to build brand awareness and market to employers and organizations interested in testing services
7. Exhibit clear and effective communication with patients, providers, and other external parties in a courteous and friendly manner at all times
Assumptions:
Working 5 days a week (Monday - Friday)
Duty hours: 8:00 AM –5:00 PM CST (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM PAK TIME)
Training will be provided on FAQs and complete process flow
