Day Care Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Day Care Administrator (Female)to join our team! As a Day Care Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our day care center, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for our children. Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the day care center
Supervise and support staff members
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs
Communicate with parents and guardians
Maintain accurate records and reports
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Foster a positive and inclusive environment

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in daycare administration or management in a reputable school
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with children, staff, and parents
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Additional certifications in child development or administration
