We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and inventory management.
Hire, train, and supervise staff members, ensuring high-quality customer service at all times.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Maintain a positive work environment and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage budgets and financial plans to ensure profitability.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Familiarity with restaurant management software, such as POS systems and inventory management tools.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
