Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements, client briefs, and design objectives.
- Develop visually stunning and user-centric designs for digital and print media, including web interfaces, mobile applications, social media graphics, branding materials, and more.
- Utilize industry-leading software, including Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop, to create and refine design concepts, mockups, and prototypes.
- Implement best practices in UI/UX design to create seamless and intuitive user experiences across various digital platforms.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques, and incorporate them into your design work to ensure our designs remain cutting-edge and relevant.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of designs on digital platforms.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining the highest level of quality and meeting project deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to present and explain design concepts and gather feedback.
- Assist in maintaining and upholding brand identity guidelines across all design materials.
- Contribute to design discussions, critiques, and brainstorming sessions to drive continuous improvement and creativity within the team.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX designs, as well as expertise in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Proficiency in Figma for collaborative design work, and Illustrator and Photoshop for creating high-quality graphics and illustrations.
- In-depth understanding of design principles, composition, color theory, typography, and layout design.
- Strong English language communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to translate creative concepts into visually appealing and impactful designs.
- Keen attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality design outputs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative in suggesting new design ideas and improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
