Lecture Material Preparation and Management:
- Develop, design, and maintain high-quality PowerPoint slides for lectures that incorporate related case studies, current research papers, and practical examples to enhance academic learning.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and faculty to ensure lecture content is current, accurate, and pedagogically sound.
Lesson Plan and Individual Learning Plan Development:
- Create, update, and manage comprehensive lesson plans as well as individualized learning plans using Excel, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
- Coordinate with academic departments to tailor instructional strategies that meet diverse student needs and support differentiated instruction.
Student Progress Monitoring:
- Monitor and document student progress, including attendance, class participation, and overall performance.
- Implement tracking systems to analyze learning outcomes and provide regular progress reports to faculty and administration.
Learning Platform Administration:
- Oversee the management and maintenance of the student learning platform, ensuring its optimal performance, accessibility, and user engagement.
