We are looking for a highly skilled Talent Scout/Talent Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in talent management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of talent acquisition and management.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Identify and attract talent across various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and industry events.

•  Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

•  Maintain regular contact with potential and existing candidates to ensure ongoing engagement.

•  Support the implementation of strategies to grow and manage the candidate pool, aligning it with the company's evolving needs.

•  Assist in creating and nurturing circles of influence within the industry to enhance the company's reach and reputation.

•  Leverage social media, networking events, and partnerships to promote the company's message to a broader audience.

•  Execute engagement strategies to build strong relationships with potential hires, employers, and collaborators.

•  Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

•  Manage and grow the candidate pool, ensuring a diverse and high-quality talent pipeline.

•  Utilize data and analytics to track candidate engagement and refine recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

•  Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent management.

•  In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition and management.

•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•  Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.

•  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

•  Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
