We’re seeking a dynamic Technical Recruiter with at least a year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, attract, and screen candidates for Accounting and marketing roles.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and networking platforms to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
- Maintain and update the candidate database for future hiring needs.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in technical recruitment.
- Familiarity with IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
