Prepare initial cost estimates and detailed cost plans based on project specifications, drawings, and scope.
Prepare and review tender documents, including bills of quantities and specifications.
Assist in the selection of contractors and suppliers through the tendering process and evaluate tenders.
Administer contracts and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
