1. Prepare initial cost estimates and detailed cost plans based on project specifications, drawings, and scope. 
  2. Prepare and review tender documents, including bills of quantities and specifications. 
  3. Assist in the selection of contractors and suppliers through the tendering process and evaluate tenders.
  4. Administer contracts and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
  5. Quantify and measure materials, labor, and other resources required for the project.
  6. Monitor and control project costs to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  7. Identify and assess financial risks associated with the project and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  8. Good oral and written communication skills.
  9. Market-based salary will be offered.
