We are looking for a Civil Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of civil construction and installation within the organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise civil construction activities: Oversee the construction of buildings, roads, and other infrastructure projects.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations: Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
Manage civil construction team: Manage a team of civil construction workers, including laborers, carpenters, and masons.
Coordinate with other departments: Coordinate with other departments, including fabrication and installation, to ensure that construction activities are aligned with production schedules.
Monitor progress and quality: Monitor the progress and quality of construction activities, and take corrective action as needed.
Prepare reports and documentation: Prepare reports and documentation related to construction activities, including progress reports and quality control reports.
Requirements
Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Certifications: Professional certifications in construction management or a related field are desirable.
