The Cluster requires a full-time Operations Manager to perform the following duties:
- Coordinate with Architects, Engineers, Operations Staff
- Act as a liaison with government departments
- Ensure compliance with the codal formalities of the government or any regulatory bodies in relation to the completion of the project
- Maintain excellent relations with all the vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Be responsible for timely communication with all stakeholders and maintenance of records
- Maintain budget documents and keep a record of financial documents
- Coordinate with the finance and procurement teams of the company
- Act as a focal person for any queries and outreach to clients
Required Competencies: Desire-able candidate must have:
- Good eye for detail
- Must be proactive
- Must have good written and presentation skills
- Willing to travel locally and internationally
