We are looking for a sales recovery officer with a minimum of 1-2 Years of proven outdoor sales recovery experience.

The Core Responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Timely submission of bills/invoices to customers, addressing tallying of statements with the customers where required and ensuring the timely recording of payments in customer ledger with rectifications where required.
  • Following up and ensuring timely financial recoveries from the existing customers as per agreed terms.
  • Addressing concerns by communicating problems at the customer’s end to the management to ensure customer satisfaction and problem addressing.
  • Strong communication and follow-ups are needed.
  • Self-motivated and driven, willing to learn more about the product by self -study, in addition to on-the-job training.
