We are looking for a Lead Generator Specialist to help us expand our client base through strategic outreach and lead generation. This is your chance to be the voice that opens doors and builds long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients, primarily in the USA region
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on high-quality leads
- Understand client needs and identify opportunities for Code Crafters’ services
- Work closely with Senior Management to refine outreach strategies
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead data
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cold calling, preferably for a software house
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Familiarity with USA business culture, sales strategies, and decision-making processes
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
