We’re hiring a Remote Upwork Bidder with a strong marketing mindset and 2+ years of experience. If you're based in Lahore and have experience in Upwork bidding, content marketing, social media strategy, and lead generation, this is for you!
We’re looking for someone who can not only win leads via bidding but also help us attract clients through organic channels like SEO blogs and social media content.
Your Responsibilities:
- Daily bidding on Upwork (Web Development, Digital Marketing, Design, etc.)
- Writing custom proposals that speak to client pain points
- Lead generation through email outreach, SEO blog posting, and social media marketing
- Identifying and applying for jobs related to email marketing, Google/Facebook/LinkedIn Ads
- Suggesting content ideas for LinkedIn/Facebook/Instagram to pull inbound leads
- Tracking results of both proposals and content-driven inquiries
What You Must Have:
- 2+ years of experience in Upwork bidding
- Must be based in Lahore (Remote role, but city requirement is mandatory)
- Strong written English and understanding of client communication
Knowledge of:
- Email marketing & lead generation
- Facebook, Google & LinkedIn Ads
- SEO blog writing & social media content strategies
- Familiarity with job posting platforms, proposal tracking, and CRMs
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Ability to write or coordinate SEO blog posts
- Understand basic content calendars and campaign planning
- Previous client conversion stats or Upwork profile history
