We seek a skilled and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team. The role involves providing exceptional customer support to our international clients, primarily based in the UK, via email, call, and chat.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative at Codify Technologies in Lahore. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer support experience, preferably in an international setting.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication.
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts as required.
