We are looking for a skilled Receptionist to handle front desk duties and provide administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Prerequisites (in order of importance)

  • A bachelor’s or equivalent degree.
  • Proven work experience in a similar role.

Must Have

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings as needed.
  • Perform other clerical duties such as scanning, faxing, and emailing.
