- A Masters degree in Human Resources or an equivalent level of qualification. Relevant certifications/diplomas would be an added advantage.
- 05 years of experience in overseeing HR operations, including employee lifecycle processes, HR policies and procedures, compliance with employment laws, and HR record-keeping.
- 05 years of experience in providing support to senior HR personnel in accordance with policies and established procedures
