1. Source suitable candidates as per the provided JD using online portals such as CV Library, Indeed, Linkedin and the company's internal CV database.
  2. Posting job adverts on job boards and observing them on a regular basis. Shortlist candidates who apply on the job advertisements and forward to the senior management for further review.
  3. Conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist candidates on the basis of the quality of their answers and job suitability.
  4. Scheduling interviews
  5. Send out interview reminders to the candidates to make sure they attend the interview.
  6. Prepare offer letters, contracts, and other related documents.
  7. Conduct thorough background checks, previous employment reference checks, etc.
  8. Conducting thorough document checks and making sure that the information provided is accurate and up to date.
  9. Maintain a recruitment log with details of every candidate on every stage of their recruitment process.
  10. Work on any recruitment and/or HR-related reports with accuracy.
  11. Any other recruitment and HR-related tasks assigned by the senior management.
  12. Placement of Temporary staff with company clients.
  13. End-to-End Account management with company clients. 
  14. Maintaining staff training requirements.
  15. Maintaining staff rotas and agile management of staff and client requirements. 

Ideal Candidate must have:

  1. Previous experience with outbound (international) recruitment
  2. Experience in handling a high volume of outbound and inbound calls, emails and texts on a daily basis 
  3. Experience in exhausting platforms such as Indeed + cv library to gather and record appropriate recruitment leads, manage recruitment database and execute end to end recruitment cycles 
  4. Successful candidates will be part of the core delivery and recruitment team, they will be expected to work 5 days a week from the Office. 
  5. No remote work options. 
  6. There is a possibility of having one to two night shifts a week.
