Due to a global strategy of Siemens Enterprise Communications GmbH & Co. KG Germany, entire shares of Siemens Enterprise Communications (Private) Limited were transferred to Insiyabi IT Company (K.S.C) Closed Kuwait. Inline with the transfer of ownership, the name of the Company was changed from “Siemens Enterprise Communications (Private) Limited to Insiyabi Pakistan (Private) Limited w.e.f August 25, 2009.
