Techno-Legal Consultants (TLC) is an independent consulting engineering firm aims at providing the specialized services in all aspect of procurements and contracts to the local as well as international contractors, consultants, manufacturers, employers, funding agencies etc. The firm is licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council, the Statutory Regulatory Body which regulates the engineering profession of Pakistan, among others, the construction and consultancy sectors. Being a member of Association of Consulting Engineers Pakistan (ACEP), TLC is a member of International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC).
