Trivor’s business model is based on a close and somewhat exclusive relationship with our clients in which we provide a full turnkey development operation to a client based on their requirements. Trivor assumes full cost of setting up the operation with no initial investment from the client. We work with one or two clients at a time to create a fully functional dedicated bespoke development center for them which operates as an extension of their own team by adopting their processes and work flows. We believe that unless everyone on a team is fully integrated and following the same process, success of remote team is difficult to guarantee.

Our latest venture was a development center In Islamabad for Bentley Systems , a half a billion dollar US based provider of software products .As an offshore contractor for Bentley, Trivor worked on several of its key products that are considered global leaders in their own markets. Based on performance of its team at Trivor, Bentley recently decided to acquire its team of about 80employees from Trivor to establish its wholly owned development center in Islamabad. Bentley has several development centers in India and China but Islamabad center continues to be more productive and stable.
Even though majority of Trivor’s operations were acquired by Bentley, Trivor continues to operate as an independent company working for high profile clients in the US and Europe such as Nike USA, Lexus, Discovery channel, Toyota USA. ,
