- Well-versed knowledge of wireless networks, routing, switching configuration, wireless P2P links, firewall, UBNT AP and Client side devices configuration/troubleshooting, NMS software installation/optimization, VLAN, Access control lists, policy-based routing and configuration and troubleshooting skills. Microtik and MRTG configuration skills are also required
- Manage staff, prepare work schedules and assign specific duties.
- Ensure daily activities and monitoring of salespersons, and technical team and ensure timely troubleshooting at client’s end.
- Create proposals and responses to RFI / RFP documents.
- Develop relationships with prospects, customers, and channel partners.
- Be a team player communicating with colleagues and other department members.
