Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in telemarketing and sales closing, preferably in the UK energy sector.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and a confident phone presence.
- Ability to work independently and handle objections professionally.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and track sales.
