Qualifications:
- Proven experience with HubSpot Sales Hub implementation and customization.
- Expertise in data migration from Excel to HubSpot, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing automation workflows within HubSpot to improve sales processes.
- Basic understanding of API integrations (although integration is not required for this project).
- Ability to work onsite and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
HubSpot Sales Hub Implementation:
- Customize HubSpot Sales Hub to align with our business and sales process requirements.
- Configure custom properties, pipelines, forms, and reports within the Sales Hub to meet business needs.
- Implement automations to streamline sales workflows and processes as required.
Data Migration:
- Plan and execute the migration of data from Excel into HubSpot, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data throughout the process.
- Perform data mapping, cleansing, and validation to ensure a seamless migration.
Automation Design:
- Design and implement automation workflows within HubSpot to optimize sales funnel efficiency, including automating deal creation, lead assignments, and task management.
Basic Integration Knowledge:
- Possess basic knowledge of integrating HubSpot with external systems (e.g., ERP, CMS, eCommerce platforms), although this is not required for the current project.
Training and Support:
- Provide onsite training and documentation to the internal sales team to facilitate smooth adoption of the HubSpot Sales Hub.
- Offer post-implementation support within the scope of the contract to resolve any immediate issues.
