If you have forgotten your password, follow the steps given below:

2- Click on "Forgot Password" under the blue "Login" button
3- Enter the Email address of your account registered with ROZEE.PK
4- Reset your password through the Email received from ROZEE.PK at your Email Address.

You receive an Activation Email after you register your account with ROZEE.PK. In case you don't receive it, send an Email to support team at support@rozee.pk so that it can be confirmed from back end.
You cannot delete your profile picture. However you can replace it with a new image.
1) Select 'Company' from the drop down menu under 'Settings', after logging in to your employer account.
2) Click on "Deactivate" to make your company unavailable.
Please note that deleting a company will delete all jobs and administrators associated with it. It will also remove your organization from the company listings area on ROZEE.PK.

Your job posting can be declined if your job does not match with our job posting policy. You can check our "Job Posting Policy" in other FAQ section of Employer.
Our Job Approval policy is based on following points:
1- Title should be specific with matching Job description. ( i.e Subject Teacher, Customer Support Executive, Assistant Manager - Sales etc)
2- Gender specification in Job titles are not allowed. ( i.e Female Subject Teacher, Female Customer Support Executive )
3- Email Address / Contact Number or Other personal details are not allowed in the Job Description.

A job can be made confidential if it is paid for and you have added "confidential" at the end of your job title. For example, if you post a paid job as Customer Support Executive (Confidential) , Support Team will mark it as confidential from their end.
Employers have an option to select filters while posting a job and applicants who do not match with criteria set by employer can not apply to the job.
Once you post a job and receive multiple applicants and CVs, you can only view them if you have paid for the job and your job is updated as featured job.
If you have a credit available in your account , kindly follow the steps given below to upgrade the job:
1- Log in to your Account.
2- Click on "Posted Jobs" on top left corner.
3- Click on minus sign ( - ) next to the job you wish to upgrade.
4- Select the credit you have purchased and click on upgrade.
5- You can now view CVs of the applicants against the job.

You can add team members in your account by following the steps given below:

2- Click on "Team Members" underneath setting tab.
3- Click on "Add new member" on top right corner.
4- You can add a new member and select the rights you wish to give them.

Employers have an option to attach a criteria filter, while posting their jobs, for their convenience. The system does not accept the applicants who do not "exactly" match the criteria set by the employers.
ROZEE.PK serves only as a platform for job seekers and employers to meet their requirements. Once you apply for a job, your CV is sent directly to the employer for review. It is totally up to the HR Department of employer to call and or shortlist candidates for interview.
To delete your account, please send an Email at "support@rozee.pk" from your account registered with ROZEE.PK. ROZEE Support team will mark your account for deletion and it shall be automatically deleted within 24 hours.
No, you cannot. As soon as you apply for your desired job, your CV is sent directly to the employer for review. Once your CV is received by the employer it cannot be changed/updated or deleted.
The job status can be checked in the "My jobs" section underneath "Profile" tab. Here you will be able to find out the status of your job application labeled as; In process, Received, Viewed, Shortlisted.
Valid CV is a check that scans your document for email address, professional summary, education and personal details. If any of the above information is not found in your document then the system does not allow uploading that CV.
The "Priority Applicant" package increases the chances for you to get a job. However, it does not guarantee a job as this decision rests with the company you have applied for. As soon as you apply for a job, your CV is sent directly to the company's employer account for review. It is totally up to the HR Department of the employer to consider priority applicants or not or to call / interview and shortlist candidates. If you wish to purchase the "Priority Applicant" feature kindly send an email at support@rozee.pk, with your contact detail.
You can subscribe to your desired job alerts by:
1. Logging in to your account through web and Click on Dashboard.
2. Give the desired keyword in the search field for instance, "Marketing", etc.
3. Select your desired city name from the drop down menu.
4. Click "Search."
5. Click on "Create Job Alerts".
6. Click on "Save".

The mailbox allows the employers to interact with you directly once you have applied for a job. The employer can drop a message in your inbox and allows you to reply.
You cannot delete your Cover photo. However if you do not want to keep any cover photo, you can replace it with a black / white image instead.

This error only occurs when you have the same CV uploaded in another account on ROZEE.PK. ROZEE.PK's administration strongly discourages the use of duplicate accounts and you are requested to use your only one account to apply for jobs.
In order to delete your duplicate accounts, send an email at support@rozee.pk with your CNIC and CV attached.

To change your Email address, please send an Email to support@rozee.pk from your registered Email Address. If you have lost access to your account, send an Email with your CNIC and CV. Support Team will change your current Email to requested one after confirming the possession of your account.
Any change that you make in your private profile is automatically updated in your public profile. To edit / update your profile, click on the pencil shaped icon on the right hand side of each field you wish to update.

The private profile is visible only to you and is invisible to the employers.
The public profile is visible to all the employers on ROZEE.PK along with your CV.
Yes, you can search for jobs in a specific city. On the ROZEE.PK home page scroll down to the "Jobs by City" section and select the city that you are interested in.

3- Here you can call, send SMS/Email and shortlist the Applicant.

3- "Add to Cart" the Job Type that you wish to buy credits for.
