Responsibilities

Provide training and ongoing troubleshooting support for HRMIS to ensure user proficiency and ease of access.
Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades, including evaluation and implementation of new applications and custom modules within the HRMIS.
Collaborate with software developers to develop detailed design specifications, ensuring that proposed system enhancements are aligned with business needs.
Capture and analyze business requirements from HR personnel and stakeholders, translating these needs into effective solutions within the ERP framework.
Oversee the integration of HR-related software with existing ERP systems, ensuring seamless operation and data flows across platforms.
Analyze user feedback and provide recommendations for system improvements, fostering a culture of continuous enhancement and adaptation.
Support the development of user documentation, guides, and resources to assist HR staff in navigating and utilizing HRMIS effectively.
Work alongside other team members to promote best practices in HR software utilization, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and advancements in HR technology, ensuring that Cotton Web remains competitive and compliant.
Foster strong relationships with service providers and partners involved in HRMIS support and enhancements, negotiating effectively to benefit the organization.
