Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a team of three individuals in the production department, ensuring high performance and productivity.
- Assist in planning and executing production schedules based on operational demands, quality checks, and inventory levels.
- Develop strong communication channels within the team and facilitate cooperation to meet production goals efficiently.
- Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize data interpretation and logical reasoning to evaluate production metrics and recommend solutions.
- Engage in continuous learning about yarn manufacturing, fabric processing, and garment machinery to contribute effectively.
- Apply 7QC tools to drive quality control initiatives and maintain industry standards across all production phases.
- Participate in the preparation and maintenance of T&A calendars, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Exhibit emotional intelligence when addressing team conflicts or challenges, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Facilitate training sessions for team members to ensure skills development and career alignment within the organization.
- Build relationships with various departments to streamline operations and achieve organizational objectives.
