Supervisor (Incharge Stitching Back Section )

Cotton Web Limited is seeking an experienced and dedicated Supervisor to lead the stitching operations in the Back Section. Responsibilities

Oversee all stitching operations in the Back Section, ensuring that production schedules and quality standards are consistently met.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 10 employees, providing clear direction and guidance to achieve daily and weekly production targets.
Conduct regular quality checks on finished products and ensure compliance with established safety regulations and quality control measures.
Identify and address operational challenges proactively, implementing effective solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with other production sections to ensure a seamless workflow and optimize overall operations.
Develop and implement training programs for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge of stitching processes and quality standards.
Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback, conducting regular performance reviews to encourage professional development.
Ensure availability of necessary materials and resources for stitching operations, coordinating with supply chain management for timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of production metrics, quality assessments, and team performance; prepare reports for upper management when required.
Assist in the development of strategies to improve production processes and reduce waste, contributing to the overall efficiency of stitching operations.
