  • Our client is an AI-driven company that connects brands with influencers and manages successful influencer marketing campaigns. The platform is designed to automate and optimize the influencer marketing process by using data analytics to match brands with the right influencers based on demographics, engagement, and campaign goals. The company works closely with both brands and influencers, providing them with the tools to collaborate efficiently. It also helps influencers create customized content that aligns with the brand's messaging, ensuring that both sides achieve their desired outcomes. The company operates in the fields of fashion, beauty, tech, and lifestyle brands, helping them scale their influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Outreach & Negotiation: Identify, contact, and negotiate deals with influencers that align with the brand's goals. Build a database of potential influencers across various platforms.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers. Ensure successful campaign execution, manage influencer expectations, and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns, track performance, and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
  • Email Marketing: Create and manage email campaigns targeted at influencers and potential partners to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Client Success: Develop and manage long-term relationships with influencers, turning them into brands.
  • Content Creation: Work with clients to develop compelling content that aligns with their marketing goals, ensuring brand consistency and audience relevance.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on key metrics (e.g., engagement, follower growth, ROI), providing insights for future campaign improvements.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure clients’ campaigns are in line with their overall brand strategy. Assist with developing promotional materials, including briefs for influencers and internal stakeholders.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and competitive strategies. Identify new opportunities for collaborations and partnerships that can expand the company’s reach.

Required from You:

  • Graduate.
  • Experience in influencer marketing, with proven results in managing campaigns from start to finish is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and tools for managing influencer campaigns.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Must have problem solving skills.
  • Experience in a startup business is a plus.
