  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Listen actively to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely solutions.
  • Maintain a positive and helpful demeanor even in challenging situations.
  • Document and update customer interactions in our system.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve customer service processes.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a desire to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous call center experience is a plus but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
