We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Truck Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics and transportation management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage the schedules of truck drivers.
- Communicate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor and track the progress of deliveries.
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of driver logs, fuel usage, and other essential information.
- Proven experience as a Truck Dispatcher or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using dispatch software and other related technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or transportation are a plus.
