Business Consultant Project Management Analysis

Crusteez is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Consultant specializing in Project Management Analysis. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in project management and business analysis and will be responsible for supporting various strategic initiatives within the organization. This role includes gathering requirements, conducting gap analysis, and driving process improvement initiatives. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiencies and develop critical standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in accounting and finance, a solid understanding of ERP systems, and a track record of effectively collaborating within startup environments. This position does not involve team management, allowing the incumbent to focus on individual responsibilities to contribute directly to the organization's goals.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

Support ERP implementation projects by collaborating with IT and business teams to ensure successful deployment.
Utilize project management software to track project progress and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
Engage in change management activities to ensure smooth transitions during new implementations or process adjustments.
Analyze data to inform decision-making processes and support strategic initiatives.
Utilize business process modeling techniques to visualize and enhance operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Train team members and stakeholders on new processes and systems to ensure effective implementation.
