We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in the Design and Development industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals to drive revenue growth. This position requires a deep understanding of the design and development services we offer, the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients, and a passion for delivering exceptional solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, online research, and referrals.
  • Client Consultation: Meet with potential clients to understand their design and development needs, offering tailored solutions that align with their goals.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrating our company’s capabilities in design, development, and innovation.
  • Proposal Preparation: Work with the project management and design teams to create detailed proposals and quotes for prospective clients.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company. Close deals efficiently and effectively.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our services in the market.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the design and development teams to ensure smooth communication and successful project execution post-sale.
  • Customer Support: Assist clients during the onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions from sales to project implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven track record of 1+ years in sales or business development, ideally within the design, development, or technology sectors.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with the design and development process, including web design, software development, or graphic design is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or related field (preferred, but not required).
  • Personal Traits: Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and a team player with a passion for sales and building client relationships.
