Credentialing Executive

We are seeking an experienced Credentials Executive to join our medical billing team The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all healthcare providers are properly credentialed and enrolled with prayers,in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough credentialing and re-credentialing of healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accrediting bodies.
Review applications, documents, and background checks for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Coordinate with healthcare providers, facilities, and regulatory agencies to ensure proper credentialing procedures are followed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the credentialing database and ensure that all files are complete and compliant.
Assist in the development and implementation of credentialing policies and procedures to maintain compliance with industry standards.
Respond to inquiries from healthcare professionals and internal teams regarding credentialing status and requirements.
Ensure timely processing and submission of credentials to healthcare networks, insurance providers, and licensing bodies.
Prepare and submit reports on credentialing status and performance metrics to management.
