Cyber System is a leading US-based healthcare IT company that provides practice management solutions to doctors in the US. The company is now expanding its operations in Lahore and looking for a Customer Support Executive to join its team.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive in Lahore. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for

  • Providing online support, customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Answering inbound video calls with greetings.
  • Scheduling patient’s appointments.
  • Eligibility Verification.
  • Appointment Reminders.
  • Pre-Authorization & Follow ups.
  • Maintaining customer relationships

Qualifications

  • Fluent English (Oral and Verbal)
  •  Computer Literacy (MS OFFICE)
  •  Online Support Skills
  •  Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
  •  Patience, Empathy, and Listening Skills
  •  Ability to Multitask and Work Under Pressure
  •  Bachelor's Degree
  • Prior experience in a similar role will be a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

50,000/- to 70,000/- (depending upon your interview)

Plus Bonuses, Medical Insurance, Employee of the Month Reward, Annual Increments, Sponsored Trips, Sports & Entertainment.

The company will provide paid training to the selected candidates at full pay from the date of joining.

Working Timings: 05:00 pm to 02:00 am (Monday to Saturday)
