We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns effectively.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products, services, and processes to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Document and update customer records in the CRM system accurately.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department and ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on recurring customer concerns for process improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards in all interactions.
