Finance Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Finance Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. This role is integral in supporting the company’s financial health and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reconciliations.
Assist in budgeting and monitoring expenditure to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial processes and performance.
Collaborate with various departments to manage financial planning and strategy.
Handle banking operations, including transactions, reconciliations, and documentation.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience in a finance or accounting role (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks, or SAP).
Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and standards.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
