To create and maintain style guides for Dar-ul-Madinah social platforms.
Design books, papers, monograms, letterheads, report cards, visiting cards, ID cards, Panaflex, banners, envelopes, brochures, posters, file covers, and other materials.
Create various icons, advertisements, badges, and posts for social media and websites.
Research different themes, etc. Create more than one design theme for the desired book and get one finalized from the responsible parties. Design and print the entire book/reader according to the finalized theme.
Assist in printing matters for books, letterheads, certificates, report cards, ID cards, and all documents for Darul Madinah.
Contact or assist in contacting printing vendors to print various documents and books for Darul Madinah. Visit the market as required for departmental work. Obtain quotes and rates, prepare or assist in preparing quotation and analysis reports. Assist in sending these quotation and analysis reports to the accounts officer for approval. Assist in providing all necessary items to the press officer. Follow up on printing matters from time to time. Devise a mechanism for delivering printed documents, books, report cards, exam copies, files, etc. to the relevant department/officer in Pakistan or outside Pakistan and assist in maintaining all records in this regard.
Check and respond to emails, and assist in organizing and backing up files for your department.
Perform any work assigned by the officer during the official working hours.
Prepare and submit to the officer a report on their performance at the end of each month, set goals for the next month and submit to the officer, and perform their work according to the targets
Other responsibilities as assigned by the Management.

Skills Requirement:

Command on MS Office
Able to work on all Digital Marketing tools
Understanding of Design Management
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and Premier Pro
Appreciation for core aesthetic principles to ensure deployment of messaging campaigns aligns with our core design themes and high standards for visual output
