Full-Time Marketing Assistant Needed, Work From Home (Freshers Welcome - English & Marketing Expertise Required)

Role:The Marketing Assistant will provide essential support for our content marketing, social media engagement, and digital marketing operations. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a range of digital tools and platforms, and there will be opportunities to grow within the company. We are committed to training and upskilling, but you must come with fluent English skills, some basic experience in digital marketing, and a strong commitment to learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Refinement: Edit and humanize AI-generated content to ensure readability and tone consistency.
  • Social Media Management & Engagement: Schedule posts, engage with followers, and manage interactions across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, X).
  • Graphics Creation: Use Canva to design graphics for social media and marketing campaigns.
  • Reel Creation: Create engaging video reels using VEED.
  • SEO Blog Publishing: Publish and optimize blog content in WordPress for search engine rankings.
  • Email Administration: Email inbox management, Client communications, Assist with email marketing campaigns, including email scheduling, list management, and follow-up.
  • Networking & Leads Follow-ups: Help maintain relationships with potential clients and partners by sending follow-up emails, managing responses, and updating contact lists.
  • Basic Marketing Management: Support broader marketing initiatives, including campaign planning, competitor analysis, and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English and Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic experience in digital marketing (internships, part-time roles, or projects).
  • Familiarity with Canva, VEED, and WordPress is a plus.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Interest in growing into a management role within the company.

Submittal Requirements:

  1. Resume: Include your academic background, work experience, and digital marketing-related projects or internships.
  2. Portfolio: Share at least 3 examples of marketing content you’ve worked on (this could include social media posts, graphics, blog articles, or any marketing-related content).
  3. English Writing Sample: Submit a 300-500 word writing sample demonstrating your ability to refine content (e.g., editing a brief article or blog post).
  4. Task Submission: Complete the following task to demonstrate your digital marketing skills:
    • Create a simple social media graphic in Canva, along with a short (100-word) caption for a LinkedIn post that promotes the benefits of AI-driven marketing strategies.

Trial Period: We will begin with a 2-week trial engagement to assess fit and quality of work. If the trial period goes well, we will extend an offer for a full-time, long-term position.

Salary:

This role comes with training, and flexible hours, and is a work-from-home role (or work from wherever you want. It comes with opportunities for growth into a broader management role within the company.

PKR 40,000 to PKR 80,000 per month. (Depending on experience)
