We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer and Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience and user interface design, coupled with development skills to bring creative and functional digital solutions to life. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and a keen understanding of user behavior to deliver seamless and engaging experiences across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing, to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering, ensuring the best user experience.
- Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to iterate on design solutions and ensure user-centered design principles are maintained.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Implement front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies to create responsive and accessible designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven work experience as a UX/UI Designer and Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and development skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong knowledge of front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with additional front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Knowledge of user testing methodologies and tools.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines.
- Experience in creating and maintaining design systems.
