Demas Al-Arabia Logistics is calling out ( Experienced) Logistics coordinators to look after day to day Operations.

Core Responsibilities

Auction all email with minimum response time
Day to day updating of internal sheets and Company's Web Portals
Timely documentation Delivery Orders, Bill of Lading, Release Docs, Proof of Delivery, Rate con, Load Con etc
Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements
Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck driver's) as required
Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers and truckers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction

The Skill Set

Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory)
Prior experience in a Logistics Organization is strongly preferred
Supply Chain graduates / Undergraduates (Last Year) are highly encouraged to apply
Quick Learner and keen on working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Can handle overseas customers over the call
Problem-solving skills, Decision making ability
Familiar with basics of Ms Excel - Can understand and analyze data
Experience may substitute for education - if applicant has strong knowledge
