Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Customer Outreach:
- Actively visit existing and potential customers to gather market intel.
- Conduct calls, emails, and other tools to keep prospecting.
- Identify and qualify leads, taking things forward an eventually setting up meetings for senior sales reps.
- Customer Follow-Ups & Relationship Management:
- Maintain regular communication with leads and clients.
- Track deals, send reminders, and provide necessary updates.
Sales Coordination & Reporting:
- Assist with inquiries, quotations, and CRM updates.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, visits, and follow-ups.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Identify customer pain points and propose tailored solutions.
