Denning Services Private Limited is seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Computer Science Faculty specializing in Programming to join our academic team. The ideal candidate possesses strong programming skills, particularly in JavaScript, and has an in-depth understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts across various programming languages. This position requires a comprehensive grasp of software testing methodologies as well as the Theory of Automata, with a focus on effectively imparting these concepts to students. In this role, the faculty member will have the opportunity to manage a team of five individuals, fostering collaboration and guiding future programming professionals. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is essential, with a Masters degree or higher preferred. Candidates should have a proven track record in teaching, a dedication to mentoring students, and a commitment to preparing them for the challenges and demands of the technology industry.
Responsibilities

  • Teach various programming courses with a focus on JavaScript and Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
  • Develop and deliver engaging and interactive lectures that enhance student understanding of software concepts.
  • Evaluate student performance through grading assignments, exams, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Design curriculum and course materials that align with industry standards and educational goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of five faculty members, fostering a collaborative and innovative teaching environment.
  • Conduct research and stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in programming and computer science.
  • Guide students in their projects and assignments, offering mentorship and support as they develop their programming skills.
  • Implement and oversee various software testing methodologies in coursework, ensuring students appreciate quality assurance processes.
  • Assess student capabilities and offer resources and opportunities for further development in software programming.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of academic programs.
  • Facilitate workshops and extra-curricular activities to enhance students' practical programming experience and employability.
