Job Responsibilities:

  • Open and maintain accounts by recording account information
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint
  • Determining the cause of the problem, Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Updating account information
  • Receiving calls and attending to customer's complaints and also proffering adequate solution
  • Informs clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, providing information
  • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions, and participating in educational opportunities.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in any field
  • At least 2-3  years of experience in Customer Service or telemarketing/call center work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to deliver under strict deadlines and handle pressure effectively.
