We are looking for “HR / Admin Manager who must oversee all aspects of Human Resource practices and also supervise company's hiring process, from recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff along with administrative tasks.
Job Purpose:
- Provide assistance and necessary support to the CEO for smooth HR & Administrative tasks.
- An experienced, self-motivated and result oriented candidates for HR & Admin department.
- Both fresh & experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
Job Requirements:
- Assist in recruiting and orientation process to fill vacant positions.
- Plans and conducts new employee orientation to positive attitude towards Company goals
- Arrange meetings and coordinates with office staff, monitor support staff and schedule their activities
- Taking notes & minutes during meetings
- Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Maintain the general filing system and staff attendance record, maintain an up-to-date inventory of office supplies and monitor the use of supplies and equipment
- Records’ maintenance
- Flexible and willing to learn and get hands-on experience.
