We are seeking a Customer Sales Representative with a proven track record in closing sales and engaging customers over the phone. This role requires fluency in American English and the ability to speak smoothly and naturally. As our Inbound Sales Agent, you will respond to incoming calls, follow up on quote requests, and utilize proven sales techniques to convert warm leads. The ideal candidate will meet an 80% close rate, exceed monthly sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction through post-service follow-ups.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to Incoming Calls: Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, enthusiasm, and fluency in American English.
  • Follow Up on Dead Leads: Reach back to customers who requested quotes but didn’t proceed, using sales techniques such as AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) and SPIN (Situation, Problem, Implication, Need-Payoff) to close the sale.
  • Maintain CRM Records: Record customer interactions and bookings accurately in our CRM system.
  •  Manage Call Volume: Begin with 10–20 calls daily, increasing to up to 40 calls per day as needed.
  • Achieve High Close Rate: Consistently meet or exceed an 80% close rate, converting inquiries into bookings.
  • Customer Satisfaction Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls after service completion to ensure customer satisfaction and collect feedback or reviews.

Qualifications

  1. Education: Fsc/I.com/BA/BBA/BSc or Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution in Pakistan.
  2. Experience: Proven experience in a sales role, particularly handling inbound calls and customer service.
  3. Sales Expertise: Proficient in closing techniques and familiar with sales models like AIDA, SPIN, or similar frameworks.
  4. Fluent in American English: Communicate effectively and naturally in American English.

Gender Preference: Both Female & Male candidates are preferred due to the cleaning services niche and learning graph is quite easy; however, Female candidates are welcome if they can fully dedicate themselves to the role.

Work Hours:

  • Early November to Mid-March: 9 PM to 6 AM Pakistan Standard Time
  • Mid-March to Early November: 8 PM to 5 AM Pakistan Standard Time
  • Days: Monday to Saturday (Sundays are closed)

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary with attractive commission potential.
  • Sales training and ongoing development.
  • Monthly bonus upto 150,000 PKR above salary provided you meet the 80% close rate requirement. With a target of 200-300 sales per month.

Training Requirement

If you are interested in applying, please note that during the training period, you will be required to listen to 200 sales calls, provided through our online portal. This training is essential to familiarize yourself with successful sales techniques and customer interactions.
