We are seeking a performance-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our growing team in Pakistan.

In this role, you will take full ownership of planning, implementing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns for clients across various industries.

By leveraging advanced ad technologies, A/B testing, and analytics, you will ensure that all campaigns are aligned with client objectives and deliver maximum ROI. As an integral part of the team, you'll work on creating impactful campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Responsibilities

Design and execute paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to meet client KPIs.
Implement advanced targeting options, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
Monitor and optimize ads daily for performance metrics, including CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
Perform keyword research and create ad copies that drive engagement.
Use tools such as Google Tag Manager, UTM Tracking, and Pixel Implementation to monitor conversions.
Generate detailed performance reports with recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business.
3+ years of experience managing ad campaigns with proven results.
Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Hands-on experience with tools like AdEspresso and Klaviyo. Ability to manage large budgets while maintaining a high ROI.
