Social Media Manager

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and optimize all of our in-house social media accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of various social media platforms and trends, with an emphasis on producing engaging content that boosts brand awareness and fosters community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement an effective social media strategy.
Create and curate engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor social channels for industry trends and competitor insights.
Analyze performance metrics and refine strategies to improve engagement and growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
Stay current on social media best practices and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

2-4 years of proven experience in social media management.
Deep knowledge of social platforms and analytics tools.
Exceptional writing and communication skills.
Strong creative ability with an eye for design and detail.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with social media advertising and content management systems.
